To breathe new life into their office space, crafting an environment that would not only reflect their vibrant brand identity but also foster creativity, collaboration, and productivity. Micdee was entrusted with this vision to turn dreams into reality, merging MOMO's dynamic spirit with functional, inspiring design.

Our North Star

MoMo Payment Services Bank, a growing fintech company, leverages technology to offer frictionless and low-cost payment solutions for consumers and businesses of all sizes. The goal of this project was to design an innovative interior that enhances collaboration, improves ambiance, and mitigates space inefficiencies while aligning with the MTN brand.

Our design seamlessly blends MoMo’s business and work environments, optimizes workstation use, and conveys MoMo’s brand values. It introduces dynamic breakout and informal meeting spaces that are optimally utilized. This design resonates with the users of the space, incorporating informal meeting areas that inspire a sense of togetherness, enhancing creativity, collaboration, and productivity.

Additionally, we curated a selection of images to evoke the emotions and expressions we want users of the MoMo PSB Office to feel when they enter and interact with the space.

A Vision born from a Simple Question

In designing the MTN Mobile Money office, we began by recognizing the true heroes—the men and women who show up every day, driving MTN's vision of “enabling the benefits of a modern connected life to everyone.” A meticulous study of the demographics of employees across four floors led us to a design scheme that resonated deeply with MTN's values, intertwining the themes of “Community” and “Grassroot.”

Furniture selection was a critical aspect of the redesign. We introduced a diverse array of functional yet creative pieces that catered to different needs—ergonomic workstations for focused tasks, communal tables for collaborative projects, and cozy nooks for informal meetings. Each piece was chosen not only for its aesthetic appeal but also for its ability to enhance productivity and work efficiency.

Function meets Creativity

As the MOMO employees walk into their revamped office, they are greeted by an environment that resonates with their spirit and energy. Every corner of the space reflects the company’s commitment to enabling doers, creating a harmonious blend of functionality and inspiration. The thoughtful design ensures that every interaction within the space is a reminder of MTN's brand values and its mission to keep the nation moving.

The MTN Mobile Money office revamp is more than just an interior design project—it's a testament to the power of thoughtful design in transforming workspaces and empowering people. By asking “What are we doing today?” MTN Mobile Money has not only spurred a movement but also created a space where doers can thrive, innovate, and drive the future of connectivity.
